20-40 early AM. I get 97 in the Hellojack and raise. CO calls, sb 3 bets, bb caps. We call. 16 small bets.

SB sucks and plays 80% of his starting hands, but I don't know it yet. The only hand I played with him, he got a set against my aces up and milked me for 3 bbs.

BB is woman who put in 3 big bets to show down Ace high last time we played.

Flop 458 The preflop 3-bettor and capper check to me. My jaw bounces off of my chip stack. I was so stunned I decided to do something novel, take the free card. CO obliges.

Turn 5 shucks. sb bets, we all call. 12 bets

River 2 sb bets, bb folds (no ace!?) and I cackle while counting out my raise. Just kidding!

I fold and CO folds too.

My Weakness. 2-5 nl

I was playing 2-5 at noon on a weekday, mostly to get signed in before lunch. The table can see that I do not belong in this game. None of my flop bets are getting called because they believed that I would not be betting without a hand.

So I pick up QQ utg. I limped to keep the weak image up. I have 350 and most people cover me. The player on my left raises to 30 and everyone folds. He wears dark glasses and is a stone killer. I heard him talking about the 5-10 nl game with some of his friends at the table.

I called and planned to c/r a flop without overs...

Flop A 7 8 rainbow. Yuck. I checked, he bet 35 and I called. pot = $135

Turn 7. I check and he checks rather quickly. Not sure what this means.

River K. I check quickly and he quickly bet 150 and I folded.

I don't belong in that game. I think his turn check may have been for pot control but I don't have a clue wtf his river blast meant. He can't really be value betting a decent ace can he? Would he expect me to call without an ace? I think he either had a very strong hand or a bluff. then again, if he had like pocket tens would he seriously try to bet me off whatever I had there? I just don't belong in that game.

I finished up 200$ after 90 minutes because I got dealt very good cards. I never showed down a single hand, showdowns are rarer at the 2-5 nl. As I said, the regs seemed to know what I had and never called my flop bets except when I was betting a draw, (they folded when the draw would get there).
